Yummy & Easy Ribs

Let me first say that I am by no means a pro at cooking barbecue.  This was my first attempt, and I got thumbs up from all of the men in my house.  So, I thought I would share this with you.
I purchased pork ribs, and this wonderful pre-mixed rub.  (cheating I know, but easy for someone who is new to this)  I washed the ribs, and rubbed them down well with the mix on both sides.  Then, I took some brown sugar, and rubbed that all over too.
 I covered the pan with foil, and cooked them at 250 for 4 hours.  Then, I took them out of the oven and cover them in barbecue sauce.  I would have then had my hubby put them on the grill, but we had a rain storm.  I'm never going to complain about rain, we need it so very bad.  So, I just covered them up and put them back in the oven for another hour.
They turned out wonderful, and were falling off the bone.  Easy as could be, and really good!
